I have an 18x22 metal garage with ten foot side walls. I have the floor done but still need to put in a door.
It tends to sweat now and drip on the stuff inside.
I'm not planning on heating it but was thinking if I had it spray foamed with like an inch layer to seal it up if that would stop the condensation?

Also if any body knows how much it would coast roughly for that.

Closed cell spray foam should help with the condensation issue but it may need to be thicker than 1". It all depends on the climate. The amount can be calculated from climate data. I'd contact a spray foam installer in your area as they should be able to tell you what will work. Two online sources I'm aware of that might could help you are BuildingScience.com and GreenBuildingAdvisor.com.

Good Luck,
