Garage insulation

I had a 20x30 garage built last season at our cabin. The roofs and sheathing are Tin with wood frames. I am considering insulation this season, however, I did not install any tyvek before the sheathing. What is the best way to insulate it. I worry about moisture from the outside collecting in the batt or it is not a concern?

i want to insulate roof and the walls. My concern is there the screw attaches the sheathing to the wood, if moisture could comes through.
and what I can do before I put some batts and then a vapor barrier

oh haha, I am in Southen Alberta Canada, where it gets cold to -30s Celsius (-22f) in winter. But in the summer, it can be HOT +30s (over 86F) as well.
it is a stick built, but built on a skit.

HAHAHA, its not. but our sun can be blistering. and the swing is so high sometimes within hours.
