Garage is finally getting built 32×35

So I have been planning on building a garage at my house since I bought it 2009 because none of the house we looked at the time had a big enough garage and this one had room for one. So after many years and other things always coming up we broke ground a couple of weeks ago. It will have 12ft ceilings, radiant heat, drains, and water. Both doors will be 10ft tall, one 16ft wide and the other 10ft wide. The concrete footing is 16in wide and 36in deep. The foundation is 8in wide. The pad will be 4in deep over most of the garage except around where the lift is going, that area will be 6in. The pad will be level for the first 5ft (for tool boxes and ect) and then slope 1in over every 10ft for the remaining 30ft into a trench drain. I am excited and framing will really take off this weekend. More pics to come.

Ok, got a lot accomplished now And it's really coming together nicely. The foundation was cleaned up with a cup wheel and turned out great. Look at the before and after pics. The electrical underground conduit was just given the approval to cover over today. The garage will have a 400 amp meter and will back feed the house with 200 amps. The frame is coming right along and the trusses will be set tomorrow and do shingles on Saturday to take advantage of the nice weather, I think it'll be 60 degrees.

Has to do with the quality of the photo I believe. Happened to me for a long time and I downed the quality of my pics and it worked out.
