Garage Journal doesn't load on occasion.

90% of the time loads fine. Maybe once a week or so, Internet explorer can't find it. WTF...

Some times I find that only to find the forum has had some updates.

That was my thought also but never had that problem on any other thread sites.

I do know some time back Ryan changed servers and the site was offline for some time.

same here...and it says "Internet explorer can't find it" pretty much for whole night lol

When that happens, try going to www.jalopyjournal.com first, then try www.garagejournal.com.

I've had that problem off and on for a long time. Going to jalopy first always fixed it. It's some DNS issue for me. I ended up just putting the GJ IP address in my hosts file, which solved the problem permanently (until GJ IP changes).

If the GJ is out most of the time the HAMB will be out at the same time. I usualy give it 15 minutes and find it back again. I found a short time when both forums would not load yesterday.
