Just found this Thread.... Any decals or t-shirts still available?
And if so, how much? And who do I contact?

Thanks!

I'm really late getting into this discussion but my vote would be for a cool looking Garage Journal tin sign for our garage walls. The Garage Journal logo would be a great start for a oval sign and then maybe add a slogan on the top and bottom. I'm sure we could come up with some good slogan ideas.

Any other interest in this idea?

gotta admit bull, seems lately ryan only pops in when there's trouble and the majority of us were/are prepared to put our money out there months ago...........now with the bannings, warnings and ill feelings of others, there may be waning intrest in the shirts.............persoanally , i have no truck with ryan or any of the mods and find for the most part this site quite enjoyable..........it is a daily stop for me............as for banned members, only one really got under my skin and his youth was probably his biggest problem..............as for the shirts, still interested but that is waning as time goes on for me also........

Banned Camp to me is the place you go to after you leave this forum.

If not shirts what about some other ideas ? What happened to the stickers ? What else can we do and would some one else like to take on the project as Ryan is so busy? Who said Ryan has to do it all ? Ryan gives us this site so we should do something to show our support.

Time the members here banded together and showed some support for this forum. This is one of the only a few forums I belong to. I have left many others due to stupidity of a few ruining it for so many others.

I would be interested in doing something but it may be more practical for a stateside member to look into it.

Other ideas could be grille badges for the car, hats if not shirts and we can always go back and look at stickers.

C'mon people any new ideas ? If not go to banded camp for the.............

Why doesn't one of the members who put out their own shirts do a GJ shirt? It's not like the logo would be Patented - or defended even if it was.... Heck I could even do it!! All Ryan has to do is send the logo - to any shirt maker and they'd be done. I've had many items (shorts, hats, jackets, decals) done with E-tek Racing on them.....

I also think one with the GJ Logo on front and some "Banned Camp" saying on the back would be GREAT - and funny!! I'd buy one. It'd be our "wink wink" to each other!

This would be a great name for a cheap horror flick.

Here's an excerpt from the voiceover for the trailer: "An innocent man taps his keyboard. A conspiratorial administration hell-bent on humiliation and brutality lies in wait. Just when you think it's safe to post, beware of "The Bannings."

Right when the narrator says "The Bannings," his voice gets deeper and more ominous, and the soundtrack goes like this: "dun-dun-DUUNNN."

Is this a fictional film or a biography?:headscrat

OK guys... I'm back from one hell of a flu. Please excuse my absence...

While down and out, I got a number of emails about Garage Journal shirts. I've always hesitated in the past for one reason or another, but I'm finally folding. Let's do it.

The only question remains is what to do... Personally, I like simple stuff. That in mind, I was thinking about something like this:

tgjSHIRT.jpg

A t-shirt would be easy to do. Guessing at numbers, I would imagine they would run between $15 and $20.

OR, if the demand was there... We could do something really fun. How bout an old style chambray work shirt. Something like this:

workshirt.jpg

I've never done any work shirts before, but I'm guessing they would be around $35.

So what do you guys think? Any interest?

Nice and simple very nice

Ok, the top shirt is good but not in white. Grey would be ok.

XXL T shirt for me and I'd pay extra for a pocket for my cell phone. Several color choices would be nice...white would a disaster for me since I dribble, drool and use my shirts for shop rags.

I'm glad to see this thread back in the forum. I hope we can get some specific ordering information soon. I would buy both the T and the chambray shirt for sure!

If some one other than Ryan is going to do this we need to make a decison as to a type of shirt and then stick to the one idea.

I like the T Shirt as it is simple and would be easy to do. Small logo on the front and a bigger logo on the back. Anything other than T-Shirts gets more expensive. As E-tek said any one should be able to get them done. All Ryan has to do is approve it. Perhaps Ryan should have the last say in the design.

Subscribed - I'll take a work shirt

This is funny!!! You guys know you're ordering NON-EXISTENT shirts right?!?!:bounce:

We still have not got some one to put up there hand and say they will do them and then that has to be with Ryans permission. I would do it but I think it not practical seeing I am in Australia.

If it helps how about we get a sponsor of some type. The Sponsor could also have a name on the back of the Shirt.

Such as E-tek Racing and Restorations for example or Ryan may have a better idea.

I just picked up some shirts I had done for a race series and they turned out great at a very reasonable price, done by a classmate.

I may regret this, but I would be willing to do the legwork involved in getting the shirts printed and shipped out. If Ryan gives the go ahead and someone forwards the artwork (.eps or .psd), I can get an accurate price. My guess is less than $15 but it will depend on a few things (qty, colors, etc.)

:thumbup:You may regret it  but I would have done it had it not been for my location. You may also find it interesting.

This is as easy as it gets.

I sent a link of this to ryan. All you do is upload your artwork and set your price, they print and ship the swag. Lots of options, t shirts, coffee cups, stickers etc etc.
check it out.

Thank you, Now let us just see if Ryan approves.
