I've been directed here by other truck and car junkies...I'm building a new shop and looking for some opinions on two post lifts. I have an old crew cab long box (22' long) 2WD w/ Cummins drive-train from a Dodge and am looking for a 10k lift with open floor...Atlas seems to have a decent unit, so what I'm wondering is how far to keep from the side walls and how far into the bay from the overhead door. I will pour 4'x4'x6" pads for each column and need to know where to put them.
