Currently i have a standard 2 car garage that im going to be tearing down. I plan on adding a 30ishx38 garage in its place. Here is my floor space that i have to use with the new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room that will come into the garage slightly.
I would like to have 2 spots in the front like a normal garage, then a hoist in the middle due to ceiling height. I would like to do also a "man cave" bar off in the far corner with tv and seats to hang out and drink with the boys.
Things that i can move around are window locations on the walls, and the pass through garage door on the back side of the garage, along with the pedestrian door.
