Garage Light Install Help Needed

I purchased two of these on the cheap and need to install them in the garage. Can anyone help with mounting ideas with a drywall finished ceiling. I have a crawl space above and can access there also. Any help would be appreciated

Its hard to tell from the pics, but they look like hook & plug. If so, they are made to hang by that hook and simply plugged into an electrical outlet mounted on the ceiling. Can you surface mount a 4"square box on the ceiling?

lag a screw eye into a joist for the mount, wire as you see fit

I can surface mount them also. I was going to wire them together and add a switch to turn them on and off from the inside of the garage

Are those 110v? or 220?
