For me...worthless. But that's only because I'm a renter and I'm never in one place for all that long. So far my batting average of landlords/owners who are willing to let me do the work for free if they pay for the cost of materials to improve their property and it's value is 1 in 4. Most want you to pay for it, and only if a professional does it.

If I owned and was planning on staying for a while I'd put in the time or money.

I think its obvious that most on this site view their garage as more than just a storage area. From the 100k garage to the converted garden shed.

It doesn't take much if any money to clean and organize.

I can't seem to get around to fixin mine up yet but will when I can, so no opinion on whether or not it is worth it. but I must say, nice job on yours.
