I have read alot from this forum but just as I think I understand, I am often wrong so I need a little guidence to determine the lighting plan for my 24' x 25' garage makeover.
I used a formula found on this forum to calculate the amount of fixtures I will need. This is based on 4' fixtures, each with 4 T8 bulbs.

I used 75 as a light level (which is a average lit laboratory or office) since the garage is not a workshop but I want good lighting. My ceilings are 9'6" and drywalled. The formula says I need 11 (10 for even placement)
I plan on shopping for bulbs that meet this criteria:
5000k for natural lighting
CR78 or higher rating for natural lighting
Lumen rating around 2700
Does this sound accurate??
