Garage mat options (short term use)?

I'm still waffling on what flooring to use for the garage at my new house, but in the next two weeks I'll have to bring my weepy '76 Scout II over - we're closing on the old house and it has to move.

The poor thing drips a little oil and a LOT of transmission fluid, so I want to get a large mat to protect the floor. I've found a couple of sites that let you pick a width and get a custom length cut, but the turnaround is longer than I can wait. I found at least one site that has some stock sizes like 7.5x17, or 9x17, but I can't find that link anymore.

Any suggestions for a place that can get one to me in a week to ten days? I'm looking at the PVC roll-out ones.

Thanks,
Pat

[edit] Since everyone likes pictures, here's the space. I briefly considered getting two custom rolls to cover the whole thing, but I can't see a way to do it without the seam being a pain to deal with.

Options, Lots of options.

The Parksmart Clean Park 20 Mil is your cheapest option. I ALWAYS recommend the 50 Mil and that is the one product we will not take back. BUT if it is temporary... There is also the 50 Mil version which ships rolled and the AutoFloorGuard which is a fully assembled product. NONE of these are garage flooring. They are containment mats

If you want something a little more permanent, I really like the BLT Garage Floor Mats. The ribbed pattern will help contain moisture and debris while other patterns are great for going wall to wall.

Justin - thanks for the info. What is the approximate turnaround on the BLT mats? Those look like a good fit for me - once I pick a flooring, I'll move the mat to the double bay for one of the cars over there.

Officially the mat takes 7-14 days. Right now most mats are being shipped within 2 days via FedEx ground and its just transit time from there. They cut off shipping entry at noon CST so anything received after that actually is considered received the next business day.

I want to cover up the whole workspace, not just catch the drips. I have other work planned before I will be able to get a floor down.

I've used the plastic sheeting you can buy at the hardware store. Comes in big rolls, thick clear plastic used for landscaping, etc.

It's cheap, and you can just ball it up and throw it out when you're done.

Use drip pans... before and AFTER you install the floor covering.

Looks professional and somebody might just think you know what you're doing.

I ended up going with an 8x22 coin-pattern BLT mat from Justin. Took exactly a week from online order to delivery. I rolled it out on Sunday, and the patient arrived today. Apologies for the phone pic:

Exactly what I was after. I let the roll bake in the sun for an hour or so before rolling it out, and then let the mat sit for another few hours. By that evening all the edges were laying flat. It's pretty substantial - shipping weight was 115 lbs.

I am very glad it worked out for you. Thanks for your business and enjoy your BLT Garage Floor Mat!
