I have a two level unheated garage, upper level for cars and lower level for storage. Lower level corrugated metal ceiling is corroding from condensation and liquid drips on stored items. Humidifier helps in warm weather but condensation problem is in cold weather when humidifier does not work. Upper level has concrete floor in contact (I assume) with the top side of the corrugated metal. Any ideas - ceiling coating, etc.
See attached pictures of ceiling and corrosion.

I have a similar situation at my house. It happens from the temp change during the day and the underground temp staying constant. I was able to fix it by install a very strong exhaust fan. I paid some guys because cutting a 1 ft hole in my foundation wasn't something I wanted to be liable for.

That cleared it up i just run it and it moves the air enough to take care of it. You can also do a window fan just make sure you're getting a couple of air changes per hour at least.
