30 x 60 pole barn was named "The Hanger" by my son...and the name stuck. Not to be confused with "The Office", "The Barn", "The Garage", "The Shop", and "Bay 3".

I used to have a 30x30 shop in the house and a detached 30x60 shop. Plus the garage on the other end of the house, to park vehicles in.
In order to differentiate which shop I was going to the inside one became "the shop" and the detached one became "the barn".
I lost "the shop" in a remodel wherein all the space got turned into finished living space. Even though it's my only shop now, the detached one is still "the barn".
