Almost completing my 26x24x9 freestanding garage in my backyard for two more of my cars...bringing 'em all home.
I had pavers installed on my sidewalk and drive past one side of my home and bordering the garage.
Slab was poured last Saturday and the forms were removed on Monday when the saw cuts were made.Been underwater ever since.
I've ordered a custom steel building with two 9x7 rollup doors, one entrance door and three windows.
Any advice from you guys on anything related to this type of project would be appreciated...I am a total newb to this subject!I am storing my cars in there and there is no insulation so I'd like to address that although it's pretty mild here year-round,I don't want condensation issues.
footings:
Construction begins @ 6:30am...
2nd truck arrives @ 7:30:
poured and waiting for finishing:
work begins...after these guys downed a 6-pk of 16 oz light beers...@ 8am!
