I am looking at getting a garage built. 24 x 26 in size. Simple package design. I want it for my toys and a space to work on my toys. I want it heated and insulated. Concrete floor either two smaller overhead doors or one big one. One walk in door. Probably only need 4" thick walls and will likely go electric heat. I live in rural, SK Canada. What do you think I will need for my budget?
