Guys if you use your shop at all, that air tool holder just makes no sense without a cover. Sawdust, grinder dust etc is going to end up in your tools and when you use them cause premature wear. Decent enough idea but needs a protect cover, preferably see through.

Excellent suggestion.....a piece of plexi from Lowe's, heated and bent, could easily be mounted between the rack and the wall when securing the rack.

In order to keep costs down, this would have to be done by the buyer.

Winterfabrication, a suggestion I have is on the grinder rack to cut slots in the three middle horizontal supports to hold the wheel wrench that I can never find LOL.

On the wrench rack make a version with longer tabs so you can hang the long wrench behind the standard length one.

Thank you sir. Its by far my favorite item that I've designed/made so far, I don't know how I survived without it haha.

I will ship out first thing in the morning.

If anybody is wondering, I will combine shipping whenever possible after checkout. If items cost more than what was paid, obviously that comes out of my pocket (I had somebody purchase 3 items, and actual shipping was $38 compared to the $32 or $34 paid).

I try to be fair with everything.

Got mine today. Looks pretty solid. I do think it's a little overpriced for what it is ($50 shipped) I feel like at that price it should come painted.

FYI your packaging was ripped to shreds when it showed up today. Item was almost loose in the bag.

I'll be taking it down to paint it once it warms up.

A buddy and I were talking about this thread, he mentioned that it's a nice little business for only the investment of a brake and a plasmacam, and I countered with that if I were doing it some powder coating equipment would also be part of the gig......

I just ordered the rack, and I have a spare piece of clear plastic sheet. (If I can just remember where it is).

Here's mine installed and in use. Rattle-can primer and paint give a decent finish. Painted red to match my tool boxes, shelves and other pieces in my garage.

Have you thought about making a hammer rack? I can easily imagine how one could be made but the initial complication I could see with it is that because hammers vary in their dimensions so much it could be difficult to just have one design that works for everybody.
