Along with actively trying to get rid of clutter, I've actually taken steps to turn my garage into a workable space for both storing and servicing the cars! Kind of amazing, considering what a mess it's been....
Ordered a high-lift conversion kit for the door from DDM Garage Doors, should be here Thursday. Amazing service!
Ordered a Liftmaster 8500 to replace the old Stanley opener.
Ordered a set of Green Hinges for the door, just 'cause!
All of the above will clear enough vertical space for me to add a Bendpak
SP-7X hoist (garage has 10' ceiling), to be installed flush. If I continue to be successful in ridding myself of excess and redundant stuff, by the end of April I should be ready to rock! My knees will be much happier!
