Garage parking pad

I'm looking to seal the pad in front of my garage its about 1300sqft. I would prefer something with oil protection but it's not paramount. The pads main use is parking but i do wash my dirt latemodel on it. I know people speak very highly of ghostshield 8510 but im not sure if I'm ready to invest that into this pad. It's not out of the question though. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

If you are not wanting to invest in something like 8510 then get a ribbed garage mat or even a containment mat for under what leaks. I definitely would not put a sealer down that was not what I wanted because they are difficult to replace.

Generally nothing i have leaks much more than a drop here or their. I'm mainly looking for stain resistance from the dirt from the racecar and the usual things like leaves and other natural staining/ discoloration that happens over time. We have alot of trees around us. I sealed my sidewalk in front of my house with some cheap home depot sealer and have actually been quite pleased with the performance for the investment. Just figured their had to be somthing in between that and ghostshield.
