This ordeal began last Oct. Whilst using an angle grinder an errant spark started a catastrophic fire. Was a 30' x 30'+/- pole barn, I had lots of building materials, wood, windows, tools, etc. crammed pack inside. Went up like a match stick. Fire company was there within about 10 min. but by then the building was fully engulfed.

All but finished at this point. I have garage doors on order, and need to add a couple more loads of gravel fill to get ready for floor concrete pour. Front part is 24' x 24' 2 bay for parking my work trucks. Also some storage space. I call this the garage. The back is 24'x40' which has 1 garage door at the end. This will be a woodworking shop, car shop space. I am somewhat embarrassed to admit that I am a general contractor by trade and it has taken so long to complete this build. But, I really dont have a lot of time into it. When we had a slow day we would work on this. I only have 2 employees (and that's plenty, lol) but we can get a lot of work done. I havent total time but I would imagine about a steady week and half work of labor at the most.
