I am currently in the beginning stages of planning a new shop and was searching for useful ideas and blueprints and realized that there were not any threads similar. So, I wanted to start a new thread with numerous garage plans for people looking for ideas prior to construction. It's often hard to find good shop ideas and floor plans and elevations to match that can easily be modified. Please post anything you have considered or built. Thanks!

Maybe the moderators can change the title to "Insert your Garage/Shop plans here" or "A Library of Garage/Shop Plans" to better state the intention of this thread. I was popping in to see what your plan looked like.
I will insert some of my earlier doodlings when I get a chance. My Asylum thread has that design covered.

It's a good idea to check with your local government building office to find out what their requirements are before starting a project of this size. Some of them will let you get away with a simple sketch, but some require plans stamped by a licensed architect. Also ask them how many copies they need for their file, in most cases it will just be one.
