Garage/poolhouse

Hey guys!

Does anyone have a dual purpose garage and pool house? I’m looking to do somewhat of an “L” shape and have an attached pergola/cabana.

Looking for something around a 36x36.

I have a 28x28 garage attached to a 20x28 pool house. The pool house has scissor trusses. Small bathroom in it. Works well. I would make sure its conditioned space, it gets really hot in summer.

My suggestions for Honolulu would be different than for Bangor.
