Is it a dwell tester?

It is a dwell tester.. Basically it is a volt meter from what I can tell. Paid 10:00 for it.

Good price. I saw one at a pawn shop this week for $40. It wasn't as nice.

Tach, dwell, analog volt/amp meter, and a few other tests IIRC.
