Not a great sale but a few satisfying pieces:

A pair of Brinks and Cotton 4" C clamps and a 6" one too. I don't think they've ever been used, just a light coat of flash rust.

A Wards Master parts bin from the late 50's early 60's, filled with typical home handyman stuff from that era. About 6" H x 6" W x 8" D.
Points if you can identify the use of the tacks in the bottom drawer..

i have an old box of nickle plated tacs just like that came in a very old artists box with a bunch of old oil paint. So i`d like to know?

Those tacks were used to number storms windows, screens and frames in the 'old days'. You took the wooden storms out in the spring and put in the screens [the vice versa in the fall]. The numbers would go on the window frame as well as the screen/storms to make sure they went back in the proper location.

In the one drawer there is something that says Lubricant on it. What is it and is it for sale. I collect small oilers and stick lubricant items.

The lubricant item looks like a plastic tube of AluminumSeal a radiator/water pump lube. I sold the stuff nealy fifty years ago in the auto parts business.
