Nice work! You have any specs on the build? Did you use a T-amp or car stereo or something to power it?

Thanks guys. Its run off of a lepai2020a+ amp. powered by a yuasa np7*12 7ah battery or wall adapter. gogroove bluegate bluetooth adapter and stereo aux inputs. bass, treble, and volume controls were extended and ran to the front knobs. speakers and crossover are from the micca mb42x bookshelf.

Right now I have a set of cheap computer speakers sitting on top of the fridge. I hook them up to my phone when I'm out there and have access to Pandora or my music collection. I plan to replace the speakers with something better when I find it cheaply.

I love the creativity you guys are putting into these things. Mine is a hodgepodge of hand-me-downs. I've got an old hand-me-down analog Harmon Kardon A/V receiver, an old 10" Polk powered sub, 4 old Polk and 2 Bose surround speakers (2 in each bay of the garage) pulled from my old house when we moved. I just mounted an old 21" IBM LCD on the back wall and I'm going to connect an old laptop behind it with a wireless mouse so I can stream Pandora without having to connect my phone.

The only "interesting" part of my setup is my old HK receiver has multiple zones so I can run sound to each bay individually, 2 bays at a time or all three simultaneously when I'm really rockin' it!

I've listened to FM maybe 10 minutes in the last year. I either stream I heart, Pandora or YouTube. Have cable to watch games and races.

Updated mine a touch before the weather got too cold. The old Pioneer is now sitting atop the Cerwin-Vega SW-12B. The D3As are now front speakers and the Pioneer 10" 3-ways have been moved to the rears. Sounds fantastic now, and it eliminated the large vintage 80s speakers taking up space in the house.

I `was` thinking big *** house speakers angled out from all 4 corners but wondering how in ceiling speakers stand up to the abuse of a working garage that has welding and grinding going on at times.... sure would clean up the corners.

I just finished the cabinets. I have an old kenwood receiver in the middle cabinet that powers some garage sale speakers. It can get LOUD.
