I’m hoping you guys can help.

I’m looking for a garage stool that is adjustable in height from standard 24 inch or slightly lower to bar stool 34 inch.

The idea is to have a stool that I can sit at my work bench and use it to roll under my 4 post lift for light jobs.

My garage has a step which I turn elevates my work bench by 8 inch since it is on top of the step and the chair will be on the lower part of the step.

There is a heavy duty stool called Vyper stools but is way more than I would like to spend.

I wanted to see what all you are using.

I was looking into this recently and saw an interesting recommendation from Adam Savage of Myth Busters for an EF Brewer medical stool, he bought dirt cheap at a flee market or the like.

But for attributes I like a wheeled backless with screw up height adjustment

Yes. I have one and it's pretty nice. (If you're looking online, be careful about searching for 'medical stool'. ;) )
