I made my own out of 1"x3" pine and the white aluminum angle that is used for drop ceilings. It's inexpensive and you're not confined to the rack sizes that are being sold as you can easily cut the peices to fit where ever you are putting the bins.

That's great. I've got aluminum angle, but it's not cheap, not is it thin enough to work. That'll work great.
