I used the one from Harbor Freight that looks just like the "Tsunami Seals" Its been down for over a year now with no problems, and it cost a whole lot less.
It's on the back Garage door that doesn't see as much use as the front door but it has not let me down yet. Do to the directions the back door faces when we get a storm here it always seemed to blow the rain under the door seal. Since i put the seal down not leaks even in the hardest blowing rain storms.
The only problem I had was finding the liquid nail poly glue. Good luck
