Garage Tile Floor Edging Options

I am not talking about the tiles themselves. I just need an idea for the edge where the concrete foundation sticks out about 2 inches and is rough finished. Where the header plate resides. My wife hates it. Something there that would finish it off and hide the tile edge expansion gap which I know is needed but also know the boss will not like. Maybe just a good epoxy thick black paint since my edge tiles will be black. Is there some type of veneer that anyone has used?
I hope the question makes sense and I assume those not having a flush dry wall to the floor have the idea of what I am saying.

I just did that in my garage. I cleaned the concrete well, both the 8" high foundation and 3 or so inches of floor on the perimeter. I then used a flat black paint/primer. This is surface that will never see anything other than dust or bugs, so it doesn't require a bomb-proof high wear finish.

By using the flat black on both the horizontal and vertical surfaces it hides the corner. My garage is 11' 8" wide, give or take. The RaceDeck floor I put down is 11' 6" exactly. The gap between the edge of the RaceDeck tile and the wall is 1", give or take. The flat black hides the give or take, and things look nice and neat and straight.

Spraying is waaay better than brushing or rolling on rough and pitted concrete.

That may be the best option, I too am getting Race Deck but leaning towrd Tuff Shield nano finished. I am doing the pattern on their web site with the Carrera.

I answered my own question with help from RaceDeck1. The options are a few. Paint the strip the color of your edge tile. Install a cove base. My walls for the most part are exterior so the concrete offset is 2-3 inches so the top either way is painted in this case. If your walls are interior you have better options. The last option is do nothing.

There are more extreme options of building out the wall so it is flush with the base but the panels and plug moving makes that not practical.

My plan is to finish the top of my fondiation better to get a smoother surface and then mason paint it the rest plus the 1" of the outside edge of the garage floor and see how that looks. Coving may come later if needed.
