Garage wall covering ideas

Hi all!! Recently purchased a house with a 2 car detached garage. It is 24x30 and needs some cleaning.
My request for all of you is some wall covering ideas. OSB has been a thought but wanted to see if anyone else had experience with my type of building structure before.
Just an FYI, I am located in south Louisiana so the humidity is high.

Drywall is cheap and easy, but OSB is also easy. OSB also allows you to hang stuff anywhere you want.

DIY or outsourced? If you are going to pay for it I would just have a crew put up a vapor barrier and do sheetrock. A/C the inside.

I love being free to mount and move things all over a similar building studded and covered in OSB. To run new electric or plumbing somewhere, unscrew OSB panel(s) to do work, and then screw back on. No worry with dart board. No drywall demo, patch or repair. Also have window unit for heating and cooling. Is only 20x23 by no problem. Will replace with mini-split in future.
