I'm new to this forum but I'm on the Cadillac Forum also. This looks like a great place to find out things about your garage. I'm moving into my new house in just over a week and I finally got my 3 car garage! It's in PA and I'm currently in SC where it's pretty warm and can wash my vehicle outside that's not going to be the case in PA. So half of the garage is sheet rocked already and the other half isn't I was thinking of putting that material they use in the hand wash bays the white I guess plastic sheets? Has anyone put those in your garage so you can wash your car in the winter? Or do you have any better suggestions? One more thing a dumb question but the 3 car has one big door to fit 2 cars in and one small door it's all open and not separated .do you put 2 cars where the big door is or do you put one in the single and one in the double? My kids have bikes and those battery jeep so it will be nice to be able to fit it all in the garage. Any help would be great and hope I can help some of you with some of your questions.
Thanks

If it were me, I would keep the kids stuff in the sigle with some sort of seperator from the two bay. kids always find ways to scratch and dent your car if you give them access along the front or sides.

As far as washing in the winter in PA, first you need to know if they salt or use sand for snow. You dont want to be getting all that salt in your garage so in the end you will want to do it outside or at the quarter car wash. I always had a salt beater when I was in Ohio, salt road cars dont last long....

Use the shower panels from HD or Lowes. They run about $22 each for 4X8 sheets, and you can get waterproof connectors for them. 8' high should do it.

Welcome. Don't know which caddy forum you belong to, but I'm Cadzekes on one of them.

AFA the garage, I agree that if it's convenient, put cars in the big door. Use the single door as a utility in many ways: shop area, yard gear storage, kids area and storage. I had a set up like that once and parked the truck in front of the third door. That left the big door totally accessible for in and out movement.
