Garage Weather Strip for Top Inside

This summer I replaced all of the jamb/brick molding and door stop with PVC on my 16' garage door.

All of the door stops at the time were place nicely up against the door and from the inside you could not see any light.

However, winter is here and my garage faces the west and quite often we have non-stop winds so I have air leaks at the top center mostly.

I am wondering if anyone else has faced this issue and what do you do to stop the air leaks. Is there something that can be added inside the garage on the top of the door to also seal up this gap from the inside?

Part of my garage is my "workshop" and I have a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Mini Split as well as a wall mounted electric heater but on cold days they have a hard time keeping it toasty when the wind just makes its way into the garage.

Looking for any suggestions... thx in advance.

Do you have a seal on the outside ? Is it installed properly and is your opener adjusted correctly so that it pushes the top of the door tight against the seal when it is closed ?

Yes, there is trim outside - both vertical and overhead horizonal. It is installed correctly.

The garage door is adjusted to its max but does not push the center of the door in.... Seems odd -

I will try adjusting it again after the weather passes. For now I used pipe strap to snug the door up at the top since I have no need to open it right now.

I understand this should not be an issue if the above two items are correct. But in my case the 1st one is covered and the 2nd may help but my gut is telling me it won't as I believe its at its full travel right now.

If the opener is indeed pushing the door hard against the top then you may have to take the outer seal off and push it tight against the door and then reattach it. Thats what I had to do with the crappy wooden door and no opener on my detached garage.
