This garage is not mine yet, but we are set to close in early December. I am very excited!

I've never had a 3 car garage before! I really wish I had my old Chevelle back, that I had to sell because I didn't have space for it several years ago. Might need to find a new project to put in that 3rd bay.

And the 400+ square foot workshop is a ridiculous bonus. Check out that view! I plan to use the 12x6 foot area inside the double doors as parking for a golf cart that I don't own yet.

And check out my view!!! :rocker:

I might never leave this space!

I am thinking I might add a ductless mini split air conditioner for the workshop.

The only thing I don't like is the quality of the job done on the epoxy floor. It is not consistent, seems to have puddled. But it will do, probably not going to redo it...

Can wait to get in there and get everything organized!

That storage area would make an awesome home pub and still have room for storage

That is a really nice setup. Took me a second to figure out the building has two levels. So, we have parking for three cars and a golf cart. What will you be doing in the workshop?

Wow, what a view, I think I'd set a freestanding workbench on the wall with the windows so you can work and look out as you look up.

A/C for sure, keep it comfy inside, maybe a TV hookup too, I'd setup a barkalounger and watch so many hours of football inside :)

I would die to have a garage that size and to have the storage/workshop as well didn't think it could get any better then you see the view from the workshop!!! My workshop has I tiny high up window if you could look out it looks into my carport. Very jealous I bet you can't wait to get in and put your stamp on it.

I will be watching this one!!!

Life has been repeatedly kicking me in the balls with a steel toed boot, but I'm still here. Getting a chance to do some organizing today.4e555ddd0274246058af2744ec2fc332.jpg8f6ad1826932bfe6127caa1ffa441321.jpg5235ae6fed7260a065d51127f48b1db7.jpg

Wow whatta nice place and a killer garage/shop set up. The wife and I want to move to that area badly but I don't want to live just to pay the property taxes. So I've been looking down at canyon lake instead.

Mother in law lives at Canyon Lake - part of the reason we are here! :) Say "hi" to her for me when you see her...

Life keeps happening, but I moved this to the front burner today so that I can work on it as time permits. 22f20b3e76702bc7e15392c3dc6b88f0.jpg8ef25934eadfc88f4754599c59a8eb2f.jpg

Truck belonged to my brother-in-law. It has been hit in the right front corner at some point, and hood and right front fender have been painted (poorly), Rest of paint is original. Only rust is rockers, and not bad at all. Always been a Central Texas truck.

Original motor was toast, so it has a crate 350 in it now. TH350. It runs well, brakes have been done. AC is gone and won't be replaced.

Really not going to do too much with it. Needs a rear bumper and some trim pieces. I bought door panels for it but they sucked, so I am going to redo the original ones. I posted about that a while ago. Needs tires. Probably recover the seat. Has new carpet and dash pad. Just some general spiffing up to do, but it will be a patina truck that we can remember my brother-in-law with when we drive it.

Had some time today, so I decided to hit a few projects on the truck. Pulled the cowl off to vacuum out 50 years worth of oak leaves. That went fine, so I went to the next item on the list. Remove HVAC stuff. It was busted, no compressor anyway and this is going to be a fair weather only truck. So I pulled all the underhood stuff out today.

Next change I get, I'll tackle the HVAC stuff in the cab.

This is the first time I have ever been able to work with this much space around a vehicle. It is SO freaking nice to have room to work. I hope I never have to go back to a single car space, or worse working outside.
