Finally finished....I hand built the storage cabinets and the work bench. I had an old Craftsman work bench. I took the drawers and mounted them in the new work bench. new paint and Race Deck Floor.

WOW -- those polyed raised panel cabinets are SWEET!!! And that's a superb floor you've got there as well!

Take a little care, and that space will shine for years!

that looks REALLY nice. excellent craftsmanship on the cabinets. this isn't intended to detract from the work you've done, but i think i would have painted the cabinets a complimentary color to the rest of the garage. All in all, it looks great.

Believe me I was going to paint the cabinets blue, but I could never bring myself to see that much blue.

very nice!!

How much did the flooring set you back?

With the GJ discount and free shipping from race deck it was still $1803.62, but it makes a nice floor. One thing I noticed was nothing seems stick on the floor. I spilled a few drops of paint, and after they dried I noticed them, and it came loose with a putty knife real easy

I showed my father your floor and he wondered how slippery it gets when rain water (etc.) gets on it. My mother has some trouble with her balance so he's concerned for that reason. Thanks in advance!

I have only had it wet once with rain from the cars tracking it in. I never noticed it being any slippery than concrete. Seems like I read something on slickness of different installations in the Flooring threads. This was a concern of my wife as well, but when I got the samples from Race Deck that settled the concern. Race Deck will send you free samples. Hope that helps.
