Hello All -
I've been a long time reader on this site and this has been my #1 source for tool and storage reviews for years. About a month ago I finished my 40x30 3-bay garage and I had been reviewing garage storage solutions for a couple of weeks! I saw the New Age black diamond plate cabinet set and fell in love. I will be expanding on the set in the coming months.
I ordered this black diamond plate New Age set the second week of March:

The item arrived SUPER early; after only a couple of weeks despite an advertised 3+ week delivery. The carrier communicated very well, sending automated text messages to keep me updated on the delivery. The buying and shipment process was a great experience!
Unfortunately, one of the large end cabinets was SEVERELY damaged.
. I had taken great care to inspect the pallet for any kind of shipping damage and there was none. Unfortunately upon unboxing, the damage became apparent. I became immediately nervous because the shipper had already gone by the time I saw the damage, plus I had signed the invoice, which usually means the delivery was accepted as-is. I was also nervous that I was embarking on a lengthily and arduous process of getting the product returned for a replacement. Moreover, the shipping materials are one time use... how the heck am I going to package this thing back up for a return?
I emailed GarageOrganization.com at midnight last night through their contact webpage. Within MINUTES
a representative named Aviad responded with a request for photos. Who responds to customers at midnight eastern standard time??? :lowdown: After some additional email correspondence with photos, Aviad indicated there would be no problem and that a replacement cabinet would be sent. How easy was that? 
THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. I have 1,000% confidence in GarageOrganization.com and would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody.
Also, the cabinet system from New Age I chose seems to be really well constructed. The drawers open and close smoothly and the powder coat finish looks spectacular. We'll see how they hold up in time, but I have no concerns at all.
