Good Lord Son! If that is your garage please start its own thread. I am really interested in any woodworking/Car combos and can't seem to find any.....so pleeeeeeese post on another thread.

Thanks Sneakyfast.

Will do so and should have a start on a thread early (for me anyway) tomorrow. Still have lots to finish up in both garages as well as the house, so if I can answer any specific questions you might have on the woodworking set up, please feel free to ask.

Ody.

Thanks for posting on the garage/shop, Mmfh and thanks again for your compliments!

Much more to work to be completed on in both the Chrome Era and Modern Era garage/shop. Just over the past couple of years have I had the luxury of time to do as I please and spending time on the shop has been a ton of fun. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'll start a new garage build post on: "The Never Ending Retirement Project" that I hope to get onto the forum later on today or tomorrow.

Don's collection and garage space will be a welcome addition to GJ.

I do enjoy reading about all the spaces we use to "store our stuff" and the many ways the "stuff" is displayed as well as the creativity that goes into the presentation of our valued possessions.

Looking forward to many more hours of enjoyment on this forum which is quickly becoming my choice of entertainment and enlightenment.

Ody.

I've been trying to figure out how to post pictures for a month. (finally asked my wife for help)
We have two garages in our back yard. One for working IN and one for working ON. The big garage is 165' x 70' (approx 12,000 sq feet) In the big garage we have store fronts to showcase our collectibles and I keep my cars in there. In the front of the garage we built a Sinclair gas station. In the office of the gas station we built our 50s diner.

Don....You really need to go out there and snap some pics of all the store fronts to show us. I'd love to see some more pics. It looks like you have a full town in there. You don't need a fulltime Sheriff to patrol it do you? I might just apply for the job!!!

Ody...same to you, pics, pics and more pics :willy_nil I just have to say..."You guys are living the dream!!!"

Everybody in the wagon, we're going over to Don's for burgers and shakes. That's outstanding, love to see that in person sometime.

Sneakyfast,

Looks like the area is nicely landscaped and the interior appears to be inviting. I'll bet it's a great place to hang out and do projects.

Very nice!

Thanks Ody. I just started working from home a couple of months ago so that shop now doubles as an office. It actually doesn't work too bad and I love spending my days there as I can take a 10 minute break and work on some projects.

Appreciate the kind words.

Creative use of office space. Did not know the Shop Smith had an "office attachment." Very cool!
