I am in the process of build a 30' X 42' X 16' with 12W X 14H garage doors. My intent is to buy roll-up doors so that they don't block the LED ceiling lights. What is the best options for doors.

FYI I've read that the roll up doors are noisy when a wind blows on them. Not sure how much that matters to you and that's not your specific question.

I'd watch a youtube video on how to install a roll up door. If it's something you can handle, shop around for a door. If not, you'll want to contact a garage door company.

I don't know if I would really worry about that unless you are planning on working with the doors open at night. My shop has a single 12 x 14 door and when it is open more natural light comes in than the led lights would ever supply.

Roll up doors that size will weigh a bunch. You will need equipment to stand it up and secure it. Also will need equipment to unload from a truck. They are a bear to build and maintenance, while infrequent, can be tough. Many companies on line will be happy to ship one to you so do your research and ask questions. Gage of metal, is individual slat replacement possible? Is a motor mount included? Are replacement seals available? Is it insulated and how? What R? And compare versus conventional doors. There are full vision sections available that would allow all the light your leds produce to shine through.
