Need advice on a garage floor. I had my house built in the spring and it came with a one year warranty. I now notice with the snow melting off the cars that the water pools near the house door and does not flow out of the garage door. What can I have done to fix it? I plan on contacting the builder, anyone ever have this issue? Should I be demanding a certain kind of fix for this?

This isn't a slope problem, but a poor quality floor pour problem. The only fix is to grind the high spots level, and hope for the best. I doubt that the builder is going to do anything for you, so you better be ready to live with it.

OP, unless there was something in your build contract that specifies slope or some other requirement, you are pretty much on your own.

Sloped floors are nice but not mandated. Some people don't even want them. Is there enough height to the entrance door to raise the floor?
