Gas heater horizontal venting - how much dripping occurs?

I have planned for a gas heater in my new garage, 50k btu. Although I did not consider how much moisture exits the horizontal vent and falls to the ground. Mr Heater noted potential dripping/staining and my location for my vent - if dripping occurs, would be a common place of walking underneath. All my distances from the vent work in regards to other concerns, but I did not consider a potential ice patch under the vent...
What experiances have you had with horizontal vents dripping condensation?
The vent will be just a little over 3' long. and about 10' off the ground.
Any other ideas to avoid dripping? I canno go vertical in my application.
Thanks for any insight on this.

There would be a couple ways to stop condensation, however if your unit is oversized for the garage then its going to be more difficult.

How big is the garage

My 80k radiant tube leaves a 2 foot or so stalagmite of ice every Winter. It just builds and it's not in the way, but I'd be prepared to deal with it.

Do you have a solid surface below the vent where the drips accumulate?
It's a rock wall from the excavation....were it flat, it would make for a hell of a slippery surface I'd imagine. The combustion byproduct also acidic, for propane combustion at least.
