Gas heater venting

I'm replacing a gas heater in my garage. Changing the location and i would like to keep the existing roof vent.

My question is, is 45 degree venting considered horizontal?

I'm using b vent double wall all along but it extends around 10 ft. I've read that horizontal must not exceed 75% of vertical venting. But I'm able to do 45 degree in the attic to the roof vent.

45’s are not considered horiz. 90’s are and should be avoided as much as possible. Get as much vertical rise as you can before the offset.
