Hello everyone, I live in Central Arkansas and have a 30' x 50' metal building shop. The ceiling has cheat thin sheet insulation and the walls and garage doors have 3/4" styrofoam board insulation. I am looking at a natural gas hanging heater unit..from what I can tell something along the lines of a Modine HD45. Our winters are not bad here compared to folks in Wisconsin...lowest lows average in the 20's & I would like to keep it just warm enough to keep water line from freezing but be able to bump it up quickly to 60 -65 when I go out to work. Any thoughts on size of unit, brand?

I think a 45K will run too long and will take forever to heat up

I would go 75k-80k
