HI all,
Im installing a big maxx 50,000 btu propane heater. I have the tanks, the copper pipe fitting and all. But I am having trouble finding the flexible yellow line at a supply store. Anyone able to help? Im in NS

I believe the yellow is for natural gas. You can use black iron to mate up to the copper. The black iron needs to used inside, the copper outside.

I'm not sure if you can use the new corrigated stainless steel inside with copper.

Ok ill look at home depot. I dont have a Menards here, but we have a 'Kents' and 'home depot'. So far havent had any luck. What is the size thread to mate into the unit

Since you are a hard working diYer and live in the socialist republic of Canada, you need to find yourself somebody that is in the gas business. He wiill have to buy this for you from an approved supplier. If it can't be found at Home Cheapo or Walmart, you can't have it. Head across the border. The Menards and such will surely help you out. Not that I know of, and mine is yellow (propane)

OP: the line used to install my heater was made in Canada! I'm sure it's there but may be a trade item only (sold only to licensed installers?)
