Well I've read the rules, and understand I get one (1) shot at promoting something, so here it is!

I've started a new website devoted to garages. not a forum, but just displays of garages with an emphasis on petroliana and how those collections are displayed. If you are interested in being included and you have a gas pump, collection of oil cans, gas signs, or any other service station related collections, go to the site, click on the photo link and send them to me.
So far I believe we have about 35 different garages featured, with more coming in every day.

Ryan, I hope this doesn't violate any rules, and I really appreciate the stump.
This will be the last I mention it.

I think that site is excellent. I'd like the idea of a "showcase thread" here as well. The garage thread tends to get full with chatter, and replication as guys click on the quote button instead of reply. A picture only thread would be nice for all the semi-finished palaces out there.

Notice I said semi-finished as you are NEVER done!

Great site!!

For guys that have garages like that, how do you keep all that art clean. If it was in my garage it would have a 1/2 inch of crud on it.

Spammer reported. Sorry, I had to edit this response. DUH on my part!!!!! There was a spammer directly above me that I reported, so to keep all the responses from saying something about the spammer I just posted I reported it. Now that the mods booted the spammer to the curb it makes it look like I was busting on the OP. Not so. Sorry!!

I'm guessing Jason E doesn't let the wife park her own car in the garage with those four pumps in the back!!! ;)

Rod, I think a nice pay-back would be to encourage the guys posting on the Garageaddictions site to each start a thread for their shops on this site - so we can ask questions, chat with them, see more. What do you think?

Question - Where do you guys get some of this stuff? Other than the obvious "swap meets" are there other places to keep an eye on?

Great site idea BTW!!

First off an explanation for why I haven't responded earlier.
I didn't want to abuse the privilege of this thread by appearing to keep it at the top of the list. That being said, I want to thank all the responders for their kind words, as well as all of you who have visited the site (well over 1000 yesterday alone).

E-tek, your idea for encouraging the guys on my site to post over here, is just great! I have placed a request to that end on the website.
As to how we find this stuff? My self, I get a lot (7 of the last 8 gas pumps) from "Craigs List". I also use E-bay, antique shops, swap meets, garage sales, estate sales, flea markets, and of course The Old Gas site ( http://www.oldgas.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi ). You just have to be persistent.

Again thanks for all the support from all of you. I'll try to not respond to your reply's so as not to violate any rules on site promotion. I really do appreciate the importunity afforded me here.
