Hi Everyone,

I am looking at installing a gas lantern, propane. The type commonly seen in Charleston or New Orleans. I've done a bit of googling, but there is not a lot of vendors or general information out there. I did read some of the code requirements and it is fairly common since.....copper lines, flaring, regulator....ect.

Does anyone have any experience/recomndations on the install of these lanterns? Or a vendor they have purchased from?

This is what I am currently looking at:

Thanks,
Jim

Had a house in St. Louis quite a few years ago. Think it was built around 1970 and had a gas light post. It had been converted to electric bulbs. I think conversion was a fairly common thing. Might want to think electric version.
