Gas Pump Handle Sink

Morning from down under,

I would like to put on of these into my new Garage.

I have the rim but I need to work out how to get the Gas Pump to work as a tap (Fawcett). I have a couple of old handles already but I don't want to have to pull the lever on the handle for water to come out. is there a reproduction handle that would suit better?

Looks like they used quarter turn valves as the hot and cold. They possibly modified the gas pump to stay on all the time....

Garage Coffee Roaster, thats what I assumed but hoping someone could tell me how so I don't damage the pump handle. zkdiesel seems to have done it.

Open the cap that's covering the valve, take out everything under it, re-install cap. Done.
