Hello, Can anyone help me with some pics of wringer washers for windshield service at the gas pump? Pics are surprisingly hard to find. I have an old wringer from an old gas station and no one remembers them. I have one pic - you can barely see it behind the pump.
Thanks, Frank

Google "wash tub with wringer?"

I'm old and can't recall that set up at a service station, always had the guy with the squeeze bottle and blue paper towels.

The wringers I saw at service stations were always on the wash rack, and smaller white buckets...could be a regional thing. I bought a wringer/sink at a garage sale and added it to a pressure washer cart and use if for washing my car.

I remember them - every station I went in as a kid - mid 60s - had them. To wring out the chamois.

Finally! It's funny that they are so forgotten. ..... They disappeared when they invented squeegees. And they were small enough to chucked in the garbage 'cuz they were no use for anything else - far too small to be used for laundry. Outta site, outta mind ....
I need some pics ..... [I had one other pic but I can't find it].
