There's a strong smell of gas after car has driven for 20 mins and the engine is fully warmed. Could this be excess fuel that has flooded the engine and not burned off? Could the spark plugs be at fault here? sometimes the engine revs drop after fast braking and the car seems like it's going to stall. Any suggestions anyone?:headscrat
My car is a Corolla BZ Touring wagon 20v black top engine.

You'll probably get more replies in the Free Parking section.

On your car - are all cylinders firing? Has your Check Engine Light come on recently? Have you checked the OBD codes? How about common maintenance and tune-up stuff? Plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, EGR valve, etc. All of those could cause bogging or bad performance. We'll need a little more info on your car and engine to take some shots at diagnosing it.

No codes on diagnostic check, changed fuel filter and had ISCV cleaned recently, new plugs installed along with plug wires. Still think there might be excess fuel flooding engine and not burning off as quickly as it should.
