Gasboy pumps value

I have 3 older Gasboy pumps that I am going to get rid of. Just need to know of some sort of value. They all work fine and were used on my dads farm yrs ago. Now they are just taking up room and getting dusty. 2 of them are in my shed and one is still attatched to the underground tank. I am sure the tank is no good and I don't have the $$ to fill it anyway so it needs to go.

The 2 orange ones were used as gas, and the grey one was diesel.

Thanks.

I may be interested in one if the price is right. American Pickers can get gas pumps cheap. Around here, the same thing commands a higher price. I'd offer $75 for a gas one.

That type of Gasboy is not in demand and have little or no value around here. I have had
people give them to me to get rid of them..

People may be asking $250 for those on eBay but it does not mean they get that price. I bought the free standing version of those tank mounted pumps you have last winter for $150. Outside condition was about the same. Solid but weathered and needing full body work and paint. The mechanicals were all rebuilt inside but no nozzle. If that gives you any reference. I'm guessing every farm in the country had one or a few of these so, they are probably not as rare as some models but still cool when restored.

Thanks for the info fellas. I know they have no "vintage" value but know they are worth a few bucks. Just needing to know where to start the price. I feel fine with starting them at $125.00 obo.

Kevin54...... that is reasonable offer but shipping the heavy pig might be a bit pricey. Suppose we could check tho. I will have to weigh one and let you know.

Thanks again

These are great little pumps.

Just finished this one, a model 53 in Supertest.

There are lots of them in service around here. A contractor down the road has a pair in use daily. $150 each is fair.

Too bad they don't have 12VDC versions. I would love to replace the Fill-Rite that rusted in a matter of weeks.
