Gauged Tire Inflator Suggestions needed

I'm looking for an analog tire inflator that is well made (In USA) that I can see both sides of the target pressure the preferably I can use with one hand and cost under $50.

I'm not sure I understand all of your requirements, but here is the inflator I bought earlier this year.

It is the "Astro 3082 TPMS Dial Tire Inflator with Stainless Hose 0-65 psi", which I got for $48.49 in May.

I'm pretty sure it is made nowhere near the USA, but it does seem well made and is accurate when checked against my Milton gauge.

It does have a locking mechanism for the valve stem, which works very well, so it does meet your one-handed operation requirement.

Most inflators have gauges on them which go well above 100 PSI. All of my inflation needs are below 65 PSI, so this one is perfect for me.

I have an Astro (Matco label) inflator similar to the one linked above that reads up to 160psi and it is nice for what it is. Easy to read as well.

Another vote for the Astro digital. I have a few analog inflators, Milton, Blue Point, probably some others, the Astro blows them away in ease of use and easier to read accurately. Bought mine in March 2016, still on the original batteries, gets used at least a couple times a week. Just got one for a friend, cheap on Amazon, just came today in fact.

I don't own one, but I'm seeing a lot of Astro digitals at repair and lube shops around here. Don't be afraid of digital. Readibility is better and dropping it won't affect accuracy.
