Hi, I'm from Perth.
We bought a nice inner city townhouse a little while back and I'm slowly getting the garage and store room/workshop set up to my satisfaction. I've got about 5mx2m within which to fit a workbench, tool storage, kegerator and brewing fridge.
I've been lurking around GJ for a month or so, trying to get some inspiration for how to sort out my workspace and I've been in awe at some of the shed builds, handy tips and vehicle rebuilds.
Predictably, the inspiration GJ is providing has been more about procrastination on eBay and in tool shops, but I'm working on a plan. I'm hoping to be set up so I that can fix a few things, build a couple of valve/tube amps, brew a few decent ales and keep an ageing Subaru happy.
Looking forward to learning and contributing what I can.

MrDave: might i ad that if you want to see some awesome work to check out 1/2 Cup's shed thread if you haven't seen it already. Beer and tools sounds like a good combo if not mixed too much with power so stay safe.

ask questions if you have any or post up a few pictures of your new digs here so you'll know how and i use the paperclip to attach thumbs that is just above where you write your posts.
