Good morning - I am having a general electric motor badge being reproduced but it was/is in bad shape. Most of the data has been enhanced on the attached photo. Two things I am missing are the lubrication instructions on the bottom and the color layout. I'm wondering if anybody has one of these or has seen one? Best I can determine from m odel and serial number is that the motor is from the mid 60's to mid 70's.
